Cancellation & Refund Policy


Policy Overview

At Growcell IT Architect, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, if you wish to cancel a service or request a refund, the following terms apply:

Cancellation Terms:
1. Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of service initiation.
2. After 7 days, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
3. For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Refund Terms:
1. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. No refunds will be provided for partially used services.

Exceptions:
In cases where a service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Growcell.
